CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment is very important to me, and I reserve time specifically for you. I understand that life happens, but to respect my time and other clients, I have the following policy in place: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows (failing to show up for your appointment without notice) will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • The fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS If you are running late, please email me at hannahslifeinhair@gmail.com as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you, but please note that arriving 15 minutes or more past your appointment time may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, which could be subject to my cancellation policy. ADJUSTMENT AND REFUND POLICY All services are non-refundable. However, I want you to love your hair! If you need an adjustment, please contact me within 14 days of your appointment, and I’ll be happy to make necessary tweaks to ensure you’re satisfied. I appreciate your understanding and support in valuing my time and business. Thank you! PAYMENT POLICY All card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. To avoid this fee, cash and other alternative payment methods are available. Thank you for your understanding!
